EDEN BY SIROON MINAS MEDICAL CENTER GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The person receiving the Gift Card must present themselves at the "EDEN BY SIROON MINAS, MD" medical center with the gift card. The third party shall use the Gift Card in accordance with the procedure, scope, and terms, and shall hold the rights and obligations defined by this Application-Agreement. The Applicant is obliged to inform the third party about the rules for using the Gift Card as a means of payment/system and the terms of this Application-Agreement.

  • The Gift Card is a payment card and allows making purchases/payments at the "EDEN BY SIROON MINAS, MD" medical center located at 21 Gevorg Kochar St., Yerevan, RA.

  • The funds available on the Gift Card are not subject to cashing out or use in a virtual environment /online purchases/. The Applicant unconditionally accepts the condition of the absence of cash-out capability and agrees to use the amount paid for the Gift Card solely for making purchases at the "EDEN BY SIROON MINAS, MD" medical center within the validity period of the Gift Card specified in this Application-Agreement.

  • The Gift Card is valid for a period of 6 months.

  • After the expiration of the Gift Card's validity period, it is not subject to re-issuance, and the remaining balance of the available funds is not refundable to the cardholder.

  • The Applicant unconditionally accepts the condition to use the funds contained in the Gift Card within its validity period, as well as the condition of the absence of any possibility to refund the remaining balance in case of non-use within the specified timeframe.

  • In all cases, "Siroon Group" LLC shall bear no liability if a lost Gift Card is used by an accidental person. In such a scenario, the cardholder bears the risk associated with notifying "Siroon Group" LLC as soon as possible regarding the loss of the Gift Card.

  • The "EDEN BY SIROON MINAS, MD" medical center reserves the right to reject the cardholder's request to perform a transaction using the Gift Card during its validity period only in the event that using the system is impossible due to software issues.

  • By acquiring, activating, and using the Gift Card, as well as by signing this Application-Agreement, the Applicant unconditionally gives their consent to use the Gift Card as a means of payment in accordance with the procedure and conditions defined by this Application-Agreement.
